2. Resulting publications, in print or electronic form, should cite both DDCN and the researcher and/or organization that provided the data.
3. The user will not transfer, sell, nor redistribute, in whole or in part, data downloaded from this site.
4. The DDCN retains sole authority to withhold rights of access and to request data to be returned or destroyed if a violation of the terms and conditions is detected.
